Account & Sign-in
I lost my account when I switched phones — can you restore it?
Yes, if you signed in with Google, Apple, or Facebook. Sign in with the same
provider on your new phone and your coins, ELO, friends, and items will be
restored. Guest accounts cannot be transferred — they're tied to
a single device install.
Sign-in is failing on Android.
First, check your internet connection. If Google Sign-In returns an error, make
sure your Google account is signed in on the device (Settings → Accounts). For
Facebook, sign out and back in to the Facebook app, then retry.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. Or visit

Coins, diamonds, and purchases
I bought coins but they didn't arrive.
Coins are usually credited within 30 seconds. If they don't appear: pull-to-refresh
on the home screen, or fully restart the app. If they're still missing after 5
minutes, email us with: (a) the email tied to your account, (b) the coin pack you
bought, (c) the receipt from your App Store / Play Store purchase history.
How do I get a refund for an in-app purchase?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google directly, not by us:

How do I cancel my Premium Pass subscription?
Cancel from the platform you bought it on:
- iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Pip King → Cancel
- Android: Play Store app → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Pip King → Cancel
Gameplay
Why do online matches sometimes feel like I'm playing a bot?
When the live player pool is too thin to find a real human within a few seconds
(common at off-peak hours and at extreme ELO ratings), the matchmaker pairs you
with an AI bot to keep the queue moving. This is documented in our
Privacy Policy. Bots use names, flags, and avatars from a
curated pool. Coin stakes behave identically in bot and human matches.

I lost connection mid-game. Did I forfeit?
No — you have 60 seconds to reconnect. Reopen the app and the home screen will
show a "Reconnect Tournament" or "Resume Match" banner. If you can't reconnect in
time, the game is recorded as a loss only after the timeout expires.
Someone is cheating / harassing me.
Tap the player's avatar in-game and choose Report. Our team
reviews every report within 24 hours. Confirmed abuse leads to a ban. Block the
player from the same menu to never be matched with them again.
Technical issues
The app crashes when I open it.
Try: (1) update to the latest version from the App Store / Play Store, (2)
restart your phone, (3) reinstall the app. If you signed in with Google/Apple/Facebook,
reinstalling won't lose your progress. Email us with your phone model and OS
version if it still crashes.
The app is slow / laggy on my phone.
Pip King uses 3D dice rendering and animations that need a moderately recent device
(2019+). On older phones, lower the graphics in Settings → Display → "Reduce
animations" (when available).
I'm not getting push notifications.
Check your device settings: iOS → Settings → Notifications → Pip King → Allow
Notifications. Android → Settings → Apps → Pip King → Notifications → All ON. In
the app: Settings → Notifications → make sure the toggles are green.
