Delete Your Account
You can delete your Pip King — Backgammon account and the personal data attached to it at any time. There are two ways to do it: in the app (fastest) or by email. Both options result in the same outcome and the same data being removed.
Option 1 — Delete in the app
1 Open Pip King and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2 Tap the Settings tab at the bottom-right of the home screen.
3 Scroll to the Account section and tap Delete Account.
4 Confirm the action in the dialog that appears. The deletion is processed immediately and you will be signed out.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you have lost access to the app, the device, or your sign-in provider, send us an email and we will delete the account on your behalf within 30 days.

Please include in your message:
- The email address or display name on the account
- The sign-in method you used (Google, Apple, Facebook, or guest)
- Your country (helps us find the right account)
- A brief statement that you want the account deleted
We may ask one or two follow-up questions to verify ownership before we delete the account, to protect you from someone else requesting deletion in your name.
What gets deleted

Things to know before you delete
Account deletion is permanent. We cannot restore a deleted account. Coins, diamonds, owned skins, battle pass progress, ELO, friends list, and tournament history are all gone for good.
- In-app purchases do not refund automatically. If you want a refund, contact Apple (App Store refunds) or Google (Play Store refunds) directly. Refunds are not handled by Pip King.
- Active subscriptions (premium pass, etc.) must be cancelled separately in the App Store or Play Store. Deleting your account does not stop billing — you must cancel the subscription with the platform you bought it on.
- Once deleted, you can sign up again as a new player. The new account starts at the default 1200 ELO with the welcome coin bonus.
How long it takes
In-app deletions are immediate: when you tap "Delete Account", a Cloud Function wipes your data within seconds.
Email requests are processed within 30 days, usually within 3 business days. We will reply once the deletion is complete.
